How we determine the levelThis chipper has a moderate-to-long time domain with mostly light bodyweight work and monostructural pieces that reward steady output rather than an all-out effort. The rep scheme and movement mix will elevate the heart rate continuously, so most athletes need controlled pacing from the start to avoid fading on the final row and burpees.

Complete 10 rounds as fast as possible of 10 calories on the ski erg, 10 burpees, 10 calories on the row erg, and 10 dumbbell thrusters.
Complete 5 rounds as fast as possible of a 1000m run and 30 wall balls.
In three consecutive 15-minute AMRAPs, complete as many rounds as possible of 20 burpee broad jumps with a 400m run, 20 sandbag lunges with a 400m row, and 20 wall balls with a 400m ski erg.
