How we determine the levelThe escalating dumbbell snatch volume plus 75 total burpee box jump-overs creates a long, steadily fatiguing workload that most moderately fit athletes must pace from the start. The dumbbell is moderate and the burpee box jump-overs keep the heart rate high, making this more of a sustainable mixed-modal effort than a true sprint or threshold piece.
