How we determine the levelThe total volume is low, but the requirement for unbroken sets at 185/125 makes the clean & jerks moderate-to-heavy and forces deliberate rest between rounds rather than an all-out sprint. For a moderately fit athlete, this lives in a controlled redline effort where each set must be managed carefully to avoid blowing up.
