How we determine the level
Stimulus Grinder

The sandbag is heavy for squats and the total volume is very high, with 90 loaded reps plus 54–60 high-skill muscle-ups that force frequent breaks and long transitions. For a moderately fit athlete this becomes a methodical, fatigue-management workout rather than a fast sustainable effort, making it feel like a long grind.
