How we determine the levelThis is a long monostructural workout with 300 total double-unders plus substantial bike, row, and ski volume, so a moderately fit athlete will need sustainable pacing rather than an all-out effort. The loading is light but the total volume and cardio mix push it past threshold territory, rewarding consistent movement and heart-rate control from the start.
