Heavy deadlifts are at the top of advanced for men and Rx for women, and paired with 100 total bar-facing burpees in a descending ladder under a 10-minute cap makes this a very demanding advanced workout.

How we determine the level
Stimulus Threshold

The ascending-descending ladder creates moderate total volume, but 225/155 deadlifts are heavy enough to force short sets and brief pauses, while burpees keep the heart rate high throughout. For a moderately fit athlete this sits around the edge of the cap and feels like a hard, controlled redline effort rather than an all-out sprint or longer pacing workout.
