How we determine the level
Stimulus Threshold

This is a moderate-volume triplet with descending reps and increasingly difficult gymnastics, designed to be pushed hard but not recklessly sprinted. The thrusters are moderate to heavy depending on division and the bar muscle-ups force strategic breaks, so a moderately fit athlete will need a fast sustainable pace rather than all-out effort.
