How we determine the levelThis is a very high-volume 3-round workout with 90 squat cleans, 90 pull-ups, and 2400m of running, so for a moderately fit athlete it lands well past the 25-minute mark. The barbell load is light-to-moderate, but the huge rep counts and repeated runs force a methodical, fatigue-managed pace rather than a fast sustainable push.

Complete 1000 box step-ups as fast as possible while wearing a weighted backpack.
Complete 50 pull-ups, a 400m run, 21 thrusters, an 800m run, 21 thrusters, another 400m run, and finish with 50 pull-ups as quickly as possible.
Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 30 box jumps, 20 push presses, and 30 pull-ups.
