Stimulus Grinder

This is a very high-volume 3-round workout with 90 squat cleans, 90 pull-ups, and 2400m of running, so for a moderately fit athlete it lands well past the 25-minute mark. The barbell load is light-to-moderate, but the huge rep counts and repeated runs force a methodical, fatigue-managed pace rather than a fast sustainable push.
