How we determine the levelThe six rounds combine very high-skill gymnastics with heavy front squats that will force frequent breaks and slow transitions, creating a long, methodical time domain. For a moderately fit athlete, the rope climbs and handstand walk obstacles are major rate-limiters, so this feels like a fatigue-management and endurance test more than a fast sustainable push.
