Stimulus Threshold

The 200 double unders create a sizable aerobic/glycolytic middle section, while 30 heavy dumbbell bench reps and a 100-foot farmers lunge add moderate-to-heavy muscular fatigue that prevents an all-out sprint. For a moderately fit athlete this is fast but not redline from start to finish, rewarding a hard sustainable pace with controlled breaks.
