How we determine the level
Stimulus Pacer

This is a classic long AMRAP with light bodyweight movements and simple reps that allow continuous movement but reward controlled pacing. The low-skill, unweighted structure points away from a sprint or threshold effort and toward a sustainable aerobic pace where going out too hard will lead to push-up fatigue and slowing later.
