AMRAP 20
This is a bodyweight-only workout with low-skill gymnastics and no heavy loading, making it solidly beginner level despite the 20-minute duration.
How we determine the levelThis is a classic long AMRAP with light bodyweight movements and simple reps that allow continuous movement but reward controlled pacing. The low-skill, unweighted structure points away from a sprint or threshold effort and toward a sustainable aerobic pace where going out too hard will lead to push-up fatigue and slowing later.
20 minutesThe Girls are a series of benchmark CrossFit workouts that test different aspects of fitness, like strength, endurance, and skill.
Complete 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 air squats as fast as possible.
Complete 50, 40, 30, 20, and 10 reps of double-unders and sit-ups as fast as possible.
Complete 5 rounds as quickly as possible of an 800-meter run, 30 kettlebell swings, and 30 pull-ups.
