How we determine the levelAlthough the workout is capped at 8 minutes, the accumulating volume of wall walks and rope climbs creates a sustainable-but-hard pace rather than an all-out sprint. Both movements are high-skill and fatigue-inducing, forcing deliberate breaks and keeping the workout in a controlled redline effort typical of a Threshold piece.
