The Battle of Anatolia, held in Istanbul, Turkey, is the largest fitness competition in the country, both in terms of venue size and number of competitors.
Complete 5 rounds as fast as possible of a 400-meter run, 20 pull-ups, and 20 pistol squats.
Complete Part A (9-7-5 reps) of power snatches and lateral burpees over the bar for time, rest 1 minute, then finish Part B (9-7-5 reps) of overhead squats and lateral burpees over the bar for time.
Complete a descending ladder of reps (27-21-15-9-3) as quickly as possible, alternating between shoulder-to-overhead lifts and toes-to-bar.
