Barbell weight:
I would recommend 50/35kg for situations where you don't have access to weights in lbs
Moderate barbell cycling with intermediate-level clean/thruster loads plus double-unders makes this a solid intermediate workout without advanced gymnastics or heavy loading.
How we determine the levelComplete 21-15-9 reps of deadlifts and a 400m run, then go straight into 3 rounds of 12 burpees and a 400m run.
Complete 5 rounds as fast as possible of 15/10 calories on the Assault Bike and 10 burpees.
Complete 21, then 15, then 9 reps of kettlebell swings and burpees as quickly as possible.
