Barbell weight:
I would recommend to use 60/40kg for the barbell in all situations where you don't have access to weights in lbs
The bike is simple, but repeated 9-rep power cleans and push jerks at 61/43 kg sit right at the top of the intermediate loading range and create a demanding barbell conditioning workout.
How we determine the levelComplete 21-15-9 reps of deadlifts and a 400m run, then go straight into 3 rounds of 12 burpees and a 400m run.
Complete 5 rounds as fast as possible of 15/10 calories on the Assault Bike and 10 burpees.
Perform as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of 9 hang power cleans, 6 thrusters, and 30 double-unders.
