Event 1: Dumb Standard
Complete 3 rounds as fast as possible of 10 dumbbell clean and jerks, 10 ring muscle-ups, and 10 dumbbell snatches.
Event 3: Pillgatory
Complete as fast as possible: 50 pill thrusters, 50 chest-to-bar pull-ups, a 50-meter pill lunge, another 50 chest-to-bar pull-ups, and finish with 50 pill thrusters.
Event 4: Lineman's Fright
Complete 4 rounds as fast as possible of 6 deficit handstand push-ups and a 30-meter sled drive.
