How we determine the level
Stimulus Threshold

Ten rounds of fast-cycling moderate ground-to-overheads and bar-facing burpees creates a high-intensity effort that is too long to be an all-out sprint for most athletes. The barbell load is light-to-moderate and the round structure is repetitive enough to reward a hard but sustainable pace just below the redline.
