How we determine the level
Stimulus Pacer

This is a long, high-volume chipper with 120 box jumps, 90 single-leg squats, and 60 clean and jerks, so even with lighter barbell options it demands controlled pacing rather than an all-out effort. The mixed cyclical jumping, unilateral fatigue, and repeated barbell sets push it into a sustained mixed aerobic/glycolytic effort where athletes must manage heart rate and muscle fatigue from the start.
