How we determine the level
Stimulus Threshold

The first 21-15-9 couplet can move quickly, but the deadlift loads become moderate-to-heavy and the second piece adds handstand walks that force breaks and slow transitions, putting most moderately fit athletes into a sustained high-output effort rather than an all-out sprint. The rep scheme is classic short-format, but the loading jump and skill fatigue make this feel pushed-but-controlled until the redline, which matches a Threshold stimulus.
