How we determine the levelThe total volume is high and the movement mix includes a demanding gymnastics skill, a long monostructural piece, and 120 light-to-moderate wall balls, which pushes this into a sustained pacing effort rather than a sprint. Athletes will need to partition strategically and manage fatigue from the start, aiming for consistent movement rather than all-out intensity.
