How we determine the levelThe bike is a hard opener, but 16 ring muscle-ups and especially 8 heavy squat snatches at 225/160 force controlled effort and built-in breaks, keeping this just below all-out sprint pace. The low overall volume keeps it from becoming a longer pacer, but the heavy loading and high-skill movements make it a sustainable redline workout rather than a true sprint.

The Rogue Invitational is an annual CrossFit event brought to you by Rogue Fitness. The 2024 event takes place in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Complete 10 rounds of carrying a sandbag followed by a 400m run as quickly as possible.
For time, complete 8, 6, 4, and 2 reps of a wall walk complex followed by back squats.
Complete as quickly as possible: 1000m row, 30 thrusters, 30/20 log muscle-ups, 30 thrusters, and a final 1000m row.
