How we determine the level
Stimulus Threshold

The bike is a hard opener, but 16 ring muscle-ups and especially 8 heavy squat snatches at 225/160 force controlled effort and built-in breaks, keeping this just below all-out sprint pace. The low overall volume keeps it from becoming a longer pacer, but the heavy loading and high-skill movements make it a sustainable redline workout rather than a true sprint.
