Event 6: The Duel IV

The Rogue Invitational is an annual CrossFit event brought to you by Rogue Fitness. The 2024 event takes place in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Event 1: Quick Sand
Complete 10 rounds of carrying a sandbag followed by a 400m run as quickly as possible.

Event 2: North Sea Tiger
Complete the following for time: 32/26 calories on the Echo bike, 16 ring muscle-ups, 8 squat snatches, and 6 shuttle runs.

Event 3: Braveheart
For time, complete 8, 6, 4, and 2 reps of a wall walk complex followed by back squats.
