9 min AMRAP of hang power snatches, overhead squats, and 30 double-unders, adding 3 reps to each barbell movement every round.
16 min AMRAP of alternating dumbbell snatches, pull-ups, dumbbell burpees, chest-to-bar pull-ups, devil presses, and bar muscle-ups.
Every 4 minutes for 5 sets, complete 3 rounds of 12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, and 6 shoulder-to-overheads.
